All services must be requested or booked in advance and are subject to availability.

Service details, pricing, and applicable requirements will be provided during the booking or request process.

Appointments may take place through Zoom or by phone. Phone appointments may come from a blocked or private number.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and completing any required intake forms within the requested timeframe.

Visual Support Services

Visual support services may include the creation or personalization of visual tools based on information provided by a parent or caregiver.

Completed visual materials are provided digitally and delivered to the email address provided by the client. No physical materials are shipped unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Visual supports are designed to offer practical assistance and may require adjustments based on the individual needs of a child or family.

Specific developmental, behavioral, communication, or educational outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Parent-to-Parent Support

Parent-to-parent support provides a welcoming space to share experiences, ideas, resources, and practical strategies based on lived experience.

The James Project does not provide medical care, therapy, diagnosis, mental health treatment, legal advice, or other licensed professional services.

Information shared during support calls, through educational resources, or within community discussions is for general educational and supportive purposes.

It should not replace individualized guidance from a qualified medical professional, therapist, educator, or other licensed provider.

Parent Connection Circle Membership

The Parent Connection Circle is a paid monthly membership offering access to exclusive resources, educational content, tutorials, and community features.

The current membership price and included benefits are displayed during signup.

Membership subscriptions renew according to the billing terms presented at checkout.

Members are responsible for reviewing their subscription details, billing dates, and cancellation options.

Cancellation generally stops future renewals rather than automatically refunding charges already processed, subject to the applicable checkout terms and law.

Membership access may continue until the end of the paid billing period, depending on the subscription settings.

The James Project may update membership content, benefits, or pricing. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.

Community Guidelines

The Connection Corner and other interactive features are intended to provide a welcoming, respectful environment for parents and caregivers.

Members agree to:

Refrain from harassment, bullying, discrimination, threats, or abusive language
Avoid unsolicited advertising, spam, or promotional content
Refrain from presenting medical or therapeutic advice as a substitute for professional guidance

Members are responsible for the information they voluntarily share.

Content shared in private groups may be visible to other authorized members. Members should avoid posting sensitive personal information about themselves or their children.

The James Project reserves the right to moderate or remove content, restrict participation, or suspend access when community guidelines are violated.

Mobile App and Account Access

The James Project may be accessed through its website and the Spaces by Wix mobile app.

Certain features are available to visitors, while others require account registration or an active paid membership.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for activity conducted through their accounts.

Access to paid resources is limited to members with qualifying subscriptions.
