Welcome to The James Project: Autism Tools & Learning. By using this website, submitting a service request, or booking a service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Services

The James Project provides services focused on custom visual support and parent-to-parent autism support.

All services must be requested or booked in advance and are subject to availability. Service details, pricing, and any applicable requirements will be provided before or during the booking process.

Appointments may take place through Zoom or by phone. Phone appointments may come from a blocked or private number.

​

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and completing any required intake forms within the requested timeframe.

Visual Support Services

Visual support services may include the creation or personalization of visual tools based on information provided by the parent or caregiver.

Completed visual materials are provided digitally and will be sent to the email address we have on file. No physical materials are shipped.

​

Visuals are intended to provide practical support and may need to be adjusted based on the individual needs of the child or family. Specific results cannot be guaranteed.

Parent-to-Parent Support

Parent-to-parent support is intended to provide a supportive space to share experiences, ideas, practical strategies, resources, and tools based on lived experience.

The James Project does not provide medical care, therapy, diagnosis, mental health treatment, legal advice, or other licensed professional services.

​

Information shared during parent-to-parent support is for general educational and supportive purposes and should not replace advice or services from your child's doctor, therapist, educator, or another qualified professional.

Payment, Cancellations & Rescheduling

Payment requirements, cancellations, rescheduling, missed appointments, and other booking requirements are subject to The James Project's current Service Policies.

By booking a service, you agree to review and follow the policies associated with that service.

Intellectual Property

Original visuals, resources, written materials, website content, and other materials created by The James Project: Autism Tools & Learning remain the property of The James Project: Autism Tools & Learning unless otherwise stated.

Materials provided to clients are intended for personal use and may not be resold, reproduced for commercial purposes, or redistributed without permission.

Respectful Use of Services

The James Project is committed to providing a respectful and supportive environment for families. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services when necessary due to inappropriate conduct, misuse of services, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
