Last Updated: October 24, 2026

Our Commitment to Child Safety

The James Project: Autism Tools & Learning is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive online environment for parents and caregivers.

Although our resources focus on supporting children with autism, our website member accounts, mobile app, paid memberships, and community features are intended exclusively for adults ages 18 and older.

We have a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, and any behavior that endangers children.

Age Requirements

Individuals must be at least 18 years old to create an account, access our mobile app, purchase a membership, or participate in community discussions.

Accounts belonging to individuals under 18 may be suspended or removed.

Children are not permitted to participate directly in our community features.

Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following content and activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or content that sexually exploits or endangers minors.

  • Grooming, solicitation, or attempts to establish inappropriate contact with minors.

  • Sexualized images, videos, or descriptions involving children.

  • Threats, harassment, exploitation, or abuse directed toward children.

  • Sharing children's private or identifying information without appropriate authorization.

  • Using our website, app, or community to facilitate illegal or harmful activities involving minors.

These restrictions apply to all community posts, comments, messages, images, and other user-submitted content.

Protecting Children's Privacy

Parents and caregivers are encouraged to use caution when sharing information about their children.

Members should avoid posting sensitive details such as home addresses, school locations, medical records, or other information that could compromise a child's privacy or safety.

Members must have appropriate permission to share photographs or personal information involving children.

Community Moderation and Enforcement

The James Project reserves the right to review reported content and take appropriate action when safety concerns arise.

Actions may include:

  • Removing content that violates this policy.

  • Restricting or suspending community participation.

  • Terminating accounts involved in serious or repeated violations.

  • Reporting suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation to appropriate authorities when required or warranted.

Content involving suspected child sexual abuse material will not be permitted or knowingly distributed through our community.

Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Members and visitors can report suspected violations of this policy, inappropriate content, or concerns involving the safety of a child by contacting:

Email: thejamesprojectresources@gmail.com

Subject Line: Child Safety Concern

Please provide a description of the concern and, when available, the relevant account name or location of the content.

Do not download, forward, or attach suspected child sexual abuse material when submitting a report.

Reports will be reviewed, and appropriate action will be taken based on the nature and seriousness of the concern.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Cooperation With Authorities

The James Project will comply with applicable child safety laws and cooperate with appropriate law enforcement and child protection authorities when legally required.

Suspected child sexual abuse and exploitation may be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable law.

Policy Updates

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in our website, mobile app, community features, or applicable child safety requirements.

The most current version will be available on our website.
