Custom Visual Services

Because custom visuals require time and are created specifically for you, payments for completed custom visual services are non-refundable.

If your completed visual does not meet your expectations, one complimentary remake or revision is included. I will work with you to make reasonable changes based on the information provided during your service request, intake form, and appointment.

Your Intake Form Is Important

Your intake form must be completed before your scheduled appointment. Please provide as much detail as possible so I can fully understand what you are looking for before creating your visual.

This may include information about your child's needs, preferences, routines, communication style, challenges, what has or hasn't worked in the past, and what you would like the visual to help with.

The more information you provide, the better I can create a visual that fits your family's individual needs.

If important information was not included on your intake form or discussed during your appointment, additional changes beyond the one complimentary remake or revision may require a new service request.
