At The James Project: Autism Tools & Learning, all products are created and provided with care and intention.

đźš« All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products:

  • Digital downloads are non-refundable

  • Physical products are non-refundable

  • Customized or personalized items are non-refundable

 

Once a digital file has been delivered or accessed, it cannot be returned. For this reason, refunds are not offered on digital products.

📦 Physical Products

All physical items are carefully prepared, and many are laminated or assembled before shipment. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • damaged

  • defective

  • incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

We will review your request and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
