Visual Review & Guidance is a supportive space where we look at your current visuals, routines, or tools and talk through what’s working, what’s not, and how to adjust things in a way that feels more manageable for your child. This is not about doing more — it’s about making things clearer, simpler, and more supportive for your everyday life. We’ll look at what you’re currently using and make it feel more manageable.

Cancellation Policy

This space is created to support autism parents through real-life experience, with a focus on connection, understanding, and practical tools. 💛 Scheduling All sessions and services must be requested or booked in advance. Availability may be limited to ensure each family receives thoughtful and focused support. 💛 Payment For paid services, full payment is required at the time of booking or before work begins. Pricing will be clearly communicated prior to confirming any service. 💛 Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions or late cancellations may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund. 💛 Custom Requests For custom visuals or personalized tools, details will be discussed after your request is submitted. Creation timelines may vary, and completion is based on availability. 💛 Response Time Responses to inquiries, requests, and submissions may take 24–72 hours, depending on volume and availability. 💛 Nature of Services All services provided through The James Project are based on personal lived experience and are intended for support and educational purposes only. They are not medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic services. 💛 Respect & Boundaries This space is built on mutual respect and understanding.
