Service Description
See a visual I've shared that you love, but need it adjusted to better fit your child or family? Personalized Existing Visuals allow you to choose a visual I've already created and request changes such as your child's name, wording, routine steps, activities, preferences, images, or other details that make the visual more useful in your everyday life. After submitting your request, you'll receive an intake form by email where you can tell me which visual you'd like personalized and the changes you're looking for. If needed, I'll follow up with you for additional information. Personalized existing visuals start at $5. Final pricing depends on the amount of personalization requested and will always be provided by email and approved by you before any paid work begins. Your completed visual will be sent digitally so you can print and use it wherever it's helpful. đź’› Looking for something completely new? Service Policies 💛 Thank you for connecting with The James Project: Autism Tools & Learning. This space provides personalized visual supports and parent-to-parent connection based on real-life experience. 💛 Scheduling & Intake Forms All calls and services must be booked or requested in advance. After booking an appointment, an intake form will be sent to the email address provided. Please complete and return it at least 24 hours before your appointment so I have time to review it. If it is not received, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. 💛 Free Parent Support Calls 1:1 Parent Support Calls are completely free and provide a judgment-free space to talk with another autism parent. Availability may be limited. 💛 Paid Visual Services Starting prices may be listed in service descriptions. Final pricing will be provided by email before any paid work begins, and payment is required before work begins unless otherwise discussed. 💛 One Free Visual Families may request one free simple visual. Requests are subject to availability. More detailed or extensive requests may fall under a paid service, which will always be discussed with you first. 💛 Custom & Personalized Visuals Additional information may be requested by email before work begins. Completion times vary based on the request and current availability. 💛 Cancellations & Rescheduling Life happens! Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated missed appointments without notice may affect future booking availability. 💛 Response Time Please allow approximately 24–72 hours for responses to emails, requests, and submissions. 💛 Nature of Services The James Project provides peer support and educational resources based on personal lived experience. Services are not therapy, counseling, crisis support, medical care, diagnosis, legal advice, or other professional services. 💛 Respect, Boundaries & Expectations Every child and family is different, and results are never guaranteed. I reserve the right to decline, cancel, or end a service or conversation if a request falls outside what I can provide or appropriate boundaries are not respected. The James Project is here to offer practical tools, connection, and understanding. You're not alone in this. 💛
